• Cascais Smart Pole does not give your data to third parties.
• The data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are processed or until the holder of the data requests their erasure.

• By submitting your subscription request, the user accepts and acknowledges that they will be subscribed to the service until they declare they wish to cancel it.
• Cascais Smart Pole reserves the right to unilaterally change the subscription T&C, whenever it considers it necessary and desirable, without prior notification to users, in order to meet legal requirements or operational changes.
